  • Before recording, orient your phone into Landscape. This will record in widescreen as opposed to the "Cell Phone" orientation.

Share Your Story on the Map (Optional)
  1. Access the Padlet activity from your course
  2. On the map, select the target icon to create a post
  3. Search the location. You can use a specific address or a place name
  4. Write a brief description of your story. You can sign off with your name if you are comfortable identifying yourself, otherwise your post will be anonymous.

  5. Choose the upload button and select your video or audio file.

If you are uploading on a mobile device it's recommended that you be connected to wifi as overages could be incurred on data.

The upload limit to Padlet is 250 mb. If your video is larger than this, you can upload it to YouTube and share it in Padlet as an unlisted video link. Please see Posting a Video to YouTube for more information.
