iTrack is the Issue Tracking Tool used at Queen¿s University. The software itself is Numara's Footprints but in keeping with policy we identify the service not the software. Hence iTrack – Issue Tracking Software.
iTrack has the same functionality but version 10 has a new interface.
The first change you will notice is the URL has changed. It is now https://itrack.queensu.ca and you log in using your NetID and password.
Once you are logged in you will see that the left hand navigation menu is gone. Everything is still there – it¿s just available at the top of the screen and accessible from drop down menus.
