Analysis and Recommendation
We will work with you to develop a clear Statement of Work (SoW). The standard hourly rate will apply to the preparation of a detailed SoW. Once you have received this documentation, you can choose whether you'd like to move forward with ITServices.
There are many components involved in executing a successful project, and managing them all can take a significant effort. Are the requirements complete and well-articulated? Writing and executing a variety of test plans is critical to the success of your application launch. ITServices will develop and run scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing as part of the development process.
Any application ITServices builds will automatically be subject to security and web accessibility reviews. We will remediate against any identified gaps as required. Other reviews may be required.
Before launching your application, ITServices will validate readiness against a Go-Live Checklist.
Ongoing Maintenance and Support
The work doesn't end when your application goes live. Most applications require ongoing attention in the form of backups, patches, bug fixes, upgrades and enhancements. ITServices can be contracted to provide this support over the long haul.
