Not sure if your email account will be moving to the new system? Want to know if your account has been migrated yet? Like to make sure your NetID password will work after your email account has been migrated? We can help!

Using the following link, log in with your NetID and password:

Once you are logged in, you will receive information in three categories:

Email Status

You will receive one of the following messages:

  • Account has not yet begun migration
  • Account is currently being migrated
  • Account migration complete
  • Account does not appear to have ITServices' central email service
  • Account state was unable to be determined. For help determining the status of your account, please call the IT Support Centre at 613.533.6666.

Password Status

You will receive one of the following messages:

  • NetID password is up-to-date
  • NetID password not up-to-date. Please change at https://netid.queensu.ca
  • User was not found in Active Directory. For help determining the status of your account, please call the IT Support Centre at 613.533.6666.

Oracle Calendar Status

You will receive one of the following messages:

  • Oracle Calendar Account: [name of your account]
  • No Oracle Calendar account was found

If you are on a shared computer, make sure to log out after you check the status of your account.
